Title: Associate Account Manager (Entry-Level Medical Sales) - Sacramento, CA Job Summary As a Prism Account Manager you will deliver excellence in medical sales, enhancing client experience and ensuring patients and providers receive exceptional support. Responsibilities Educate and promote Prism’s points of service. Build relationships with clinicians and referral sources for both new and existing accounts. Generate patient orders and grow territory business by providing the highest level of service. Communicate effectively and follow through on all commitments and client needs. Complimentary housing is provided for the duration of the training program. Upon completion, Associate Account Managers transition to territory account management and begin managing a territory. Compensation Package Base salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 per year plus commission. Performance pay is based on the ability to grow business, order volumes, client relationships, and meeting additional territory goals. Potential for additional bonus incentives. Expense account includes car stipend, company cell phone, laptop, GPS, printer, travel budget, and food stipend. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Skilled at building relationships. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Commitment to follow through and follow up. Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven. Ability to manage a budget. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Ability to travel.
