We are seeking experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators to join a fast-paced distribution and warehouse operation in Cary, NC. This role is ideal for safety-focused operators who thrive in a structured environment and enjoy working with modern material handling equipment, including Yale stand-up reach forklifts and platform lifts. The Stand-Up Forklift Operator plays a critical role in supporting inventory accuracy, product flow, and overall warehouse efficiency within a high-volume operation.Shift: 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (Days: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM / Nights: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM)Pay: $19.00 per hour + overtime as offeredPerks & Benefits: Weekly paychecks, Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options, Medical / Dental InsuranceShifts: 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, Rotating Shifts. Pay Rate: $19.00 / hourDuties:Safely operate stand-up reach forklifts, primarily Yale equipmentMove, stage, and store products in designated warehouse locationsLoad and unload trailers using powered industrial equipmentOperate platform lifts and assist with elevated material handling tasksPick, pull, and replenish inventory using RF scanners or warehouse management systemsPerform daily equipment inspections and safety checksReport equipment issues and maintenance concerns promptlyMaintain accurate inventory movement and documentationFollow all warehouse safety procedures, traffic patterns, and operating protocolsAssist with general warehouse duties as neededPosition Requirements:Prior experience operating stand-up reach forklifts requiredPrevious experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environmentsExperience with Yale, Crown, Raymond, or similar forklift equipment preferredAbility to safely navigate tight warehouse aisles and elevated storage locationsExperience using RF scanners, handheld devices, or warehouse inventory systems preferredStrong commitment to workplace safety and operational accuracyAbility to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekendsAbility to lift, move, and handle materials in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.
