Work Environment This full-time position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own setting while maintaining a professional focus on mental health care. Collaborating with a supportive team of clinicians and health professionals, you will be able to engage in regular team meetings, supervision sessions, and collaborative case discussions virtually. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual treatment needs and develop appropriate, quantifiable treatment plans. Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. Perform mental health screenings to carefully identify treatment needs, especially for complex cases involving co-occurring disorders. Build strong therapeutic relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and regularly assessing their evolving goals. Design, implement, and regularly modify individualized treatment plans, ensuring that they align with the clients’ progress and aspirations. Continue to meet with clients, adjusting therapy approaches as necessary to enhance their engagement and outcomes. Participate actively in departmental meetings and contribute to the clinic’s strategy by performing related administrative tasks as assigned. Patient Population & Client Focus Our client base is richly diverse, featuring individuals grappling with a wide range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will play an integral role in the healing process, working closely with each client to foster a trusting and safe therapeutic environment. Qualifications A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required. Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Counselor (LPC), or Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is mandatory. Exceptional knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices is essential for success in this role. You should also have a strong familiarity with contemporary principles and methodologies in individual and family counseling. Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing mental health care, particularly with patients who face mental and behavioral health challenges. Experience in working with individuals with co-occurring disorders and providing both individual and group therapy is highly favored. Proficient understanding of substance use treatment methodologies will give you an edge in this position. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 , coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
