Work Environment This position is entirely remote, allowing flexibility while ensuring a professional and collegial atmosphere. You will engage with peers regularly through virtual meetings and collaborative platforms to ensure comprehensive care, mentorship, and support. Our outpatient setting ensures that you will work with clients of varying backgrounds and mental health needs, making every day an opportunity for meaningful interaction and impact. Key Responsibilities Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students, fostering their clinical skills and professional growth. Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services tailored to individuals, couples, and families, addressing diverse mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Collaborate with healthcare professionals within and outside our clinic to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for all clients. Design, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ unique needs and therapeutic goals. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards. Continuously engage in professional development by remaining informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in therapeutic methodologies. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, couples, and families. Our clients come from various backgrounds and face a multitude of challenges. By applying a person-centered approach, you will not only address their immediate concerns but also empower them to achieve sustainable mental health improvements. Your role will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their individual healing journeys, ensuring they feel understood and supported throughout the process. Qualifications A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent. Professional liability insurance to ensure comprehensive client care and protection. At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy and supervision. Preferred Experience Experience working with a variety of mental health concerns in different demographics. Prior experience in supervisory roles, particularly with practicum students or interns. Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, or mindfulness-based practices. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
