Set and monitor therapeutic goals with clients, regularly assessing progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes. Implement teletherapy sessions, ensuring that clients with accessibility challenges receive the mental health support they need. Patient Population / Client Focus You will work primarily with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMFT, LPC, LCSW). A strong sense of empathy and compassion, paired with a non-judgmental approach to therapy and patient care. Preferred Experience Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling services is highly desirable. A proven track record in a clinical setting, with specific experience in outpatient care is a significant asset. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation processes.
