Chief of Staff Associate - Investor Relations

A global investment and technology development firm is seeking a Chief of Staff Associate – Investor Relations to join its New York office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or help drive a varied portfolio of projects in support of the senior members of IR and business unit management. 
• Projects might include: developing and driving progress on IR’s annual goals and strategic initiatives; contributing to analyses that help drive fundraising strategies; analyzing resource allocation within the team; developing generative AI (GAI) capabilities and strategy; or generating reporting for various internal audiences.
• Expand and evolve your portfolio of responsibilities over time based on business needs, your skills, and career development goals.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

• A bachelor’s or advanced degree, and at least one year of experience.
• Experience managing projects and processes, keen attention to detail, well-developed analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The capacity to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, investment management, or similar fields is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of the hedge fund/alternative investments industry and a demonstrated interest in artificial intelligence are a plus but not required.

Additional Information & Company Benefits

The expected annual base salary for this position is $120,000 to $160,000. The compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
