Accounting Specialist

Como Accounting Specialist, formarás parte del equipo de Contabilidad, donde contribuirás a la precisión y oportunidad de los procesos de cuentas por pagar, registros contables y cierres mensuales. ¿Qué harás en este rol? Gestionar cuentas por pagar y atender a suplidores mediante llamadas, correos y buzones de servicio. Registrar transacciones contables aplicando correctamente débitos, créditos y documentación de respaldo. Apoyar los cierres mensuales mediante registros de acumulaciones, estimados y conciliaciones. Analizar variaciones y explicar el comportamiento de las cuentas bajo su responsabilidad. Procesar reembolsos de empleados, retenciones de Puerto Rico y pagos de tarjetas corporativas conforme a las políticas aplicables. Ejecutar y monitorear controles financieros clave, incluidos los controles SOX, y reportar excepciones a los controles internos. Lo que buscamos Bachillerato en Contabilidad o un campo relacionado. Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad, incluyendo débitos, créditos y cuentas T. Dominio de Microsoft Excel, Word y PowerPoint. Capacidad para manejar un alto volumen de transacciones, trabajar de forma organizada y brindar servicio a suplidores. Valoraremos adicionalmente Experiencia previa en cuentas por pagar o procesos contables, aunque no es indispensable. Manejo de sistemas contables como QuickBooks o Peachtree.
