AR / Billing Specialist / Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist

Compensation

• $18.00-$20.00/hour

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and issuing customer invoices
• Verifying billing data and resolving pricing discrepancies
• Monitoring customer payment due dates and following up on outstanding balances
• Researching and resolving billing discrepancies directly with customers
• Escalating delinquent accounts to management as needed
• Generating AR status and collection reports
• Applying basic accounting principles and collection regulations to daily work

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Associates degree in accounting or finance preferred
• 2+ years of AR/billing experience
• Comfortable in Excel
• Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry background preferred
• SAP experience is a plus
• Experience working with collection agencies
• NOT medical billing
