Tax Manager Tampa, FL Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 We are seeking an experienced and proactive Tax Manager to join our client’s dynamic and client-focused tax team. Overview of the Tax Manager role: Lead and review complex federal and state tax compliance for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts. Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies tailored to each client’s needs. Manage multiple client engagements and deliverables simultaneously. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Supervise and mentor tax staff and seniors, providing feedback and training. Conduct tax research and draft memoranda on technical issues. Collaborate with partners and senior leadership on strategic firm initiatives. Stay current on tax law changes and industry developments. Qualifications: CPA required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred. 6+ years of tax experience in public accounting or a tax advisory firm. Proven leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team. Strong technical knowledge in individual, corporate, and partnership taxation. Experience with tax software (e.g., CCH Axcess, GoSystem) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
