What You'll Do

• Provide post-procedural bedside care for neurosurgical patients
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Collaborate with neurosurgery team on patient management plans
• Document patient care and procedures in EPIC electronic medical records
• Assist with inpatient daily care routines
• Contribute to an inpatient hospital setting with adult/geriatric patients

What You Need

• Active Virginia Physician Assistant license or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a PA, ideally in neurosurgery or inpatient care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hospital setting
