Monday to Friday || 8am to 5pm || Overtime as needed Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming calls from candidates applying to open jobs
- Make outbound calls to candidates from job posting boards
- Conduct interviews to find qualified candidates for client orders
- Conduct E-Verify verifications
- Conduct drug and background screenings
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
- Work OT as needed - mainly in peak season
- Sit for extended periods of time
