Position Overview We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual to become a Shelter Insurance Agent in Crown Point, IN. The role focuses on developing prospects, selling Shelter products, and building an independent agency with ongoing support and training from Shelter. Responsibilities Develop a network of prospects and build client relationships in a sales environment. Sell Shelter Insurance® products and self‑sell mandatory mandatory self‑sell mandatory Operate as a business owner, managing day‑to‑day agency operations. Identify and recruit staff to handle general administrative duties and assist with sales growth. Meet required sales quotas and maintain core business proficiencies. Qualifications Motivated attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Excellent communication skills in a sales context. Self‑starter with the desire to control own income.
