Customer Service Assistant

The Customer Service Assistant will support daily customer service operations while representing Hype Tier's commitment to quality and efficiency. This role requires strong communication abilities, a proactive mindset, and the capacity to handle inquiries with clarity and professionalism. You will play a key part in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring smooth service processes.

Respond to customer inquiries via approved communication channels.
Provide accurate information, guidance, and solutions in a timely manner.
Assist in maintaining customer records and documentation.
Support internal teams by communicating customer needs and feedback.
Ensure all interactions reflect the company's service standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service procedures.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
