Crossroads Inc in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Behavioral Health Residential Manager to oversee daily operations of a fast-paced residential program for adults. You will ensure a safe living environment, manage intakes, coordinate staff, and support residents with medications under supervision. The role requires completion of AZ DHS requirements, CPR/First Aid/Narcan, background checks, and a valid AZ driver's license.
