Recruiting Manager

Eleven Recruiting is partnering with a nationally recognized law firm to find a Recruiting Manager who will shape how the firm attracts, hires and develops top talent. This is a chance to lead a talented team, modernize recruiting operations and make a visible impact on a firm known for excellence. Responsibilities Lead the team: Directly supervise a Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist and a Talent Specialist. Set priorities, coach performance and build a resilient, high-performing function. Run recruiting operations: Own requisition management end to end. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, monitor pipelines and clear bottlenecks before they slow hiring. Drive process improvement: Raise service standards, streamline workflows and build accountability measures that improve every candidate’s and hiring manager’s experience. Modernize with technology: Optimize Workday and the applicant tracking system, build recruiting dashboards and metrics, and bring in automation and AI tools that make the team faster and smarter. Build the talent pipeline: Grow the employer brand on LinkedIn, oversee internship and early-career programs, and strengthen relationships with universities, associations and search partners. Partner across HR: Work with HR Business Partners, Compensation, Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll and firm leadership to deliver integrated talent solutions. Qualifications 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting operations. Proven experience leading and developing recruiting teams. Full-cycle recruiting across exempt, hourly and contract roles. A track record of improving recruiting processes, service delivery or technology. Hands-on experience with Workday and AI-driven recruiting tools. Strong grasp of employment law, candidate assessment and labor market trends. Comfort analyzing data and turning it into practical recommendations. Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. Nice To Have SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR certification. Details Location: Los Angeles. Hybrid, with 3 office days a week, typically Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Residency: You must live in California, within a reasonable commute of the LA office. Compensation: $145,000 – $155,000 base, plus a comprehensive total rewards package. Your safety matters to us.
