Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions, utilizing video chat for outpatient appointments, to provide essential support for clients' mental health needs.

• Assess clients' psychological and emotional needs, and develop tailored, evidence-informed treatment plans that address their specific goals and challenges.

• Implement effective therapeutic interventions using a variety of methodologies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing, helping clients to develop coping strategies and resilience.

• Advocate for clients, empowering them to set and achieve realistic goals that promote personal and social development.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including medical doctors, nurses, and addiction specialists, to ensure a holistic and cohesive care approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, particularly those seeking detoxification and early recovery services. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California without any disciplinary actions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
