Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a positive and trusting rapport with patients through active listening and empathetic engagement.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique circumstances and therapeutic needs, considering their mental health history and personal goals.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, using effective therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to support patient progress.

• Implement ongoing assessments and utilize feedback to adjust treatment plans, ensuring they remain aligned with patient goals and current life situations.

• Provide referrals to specialist services as needed, collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately in accordance with organizational policies and ethical standards, facilitating continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a member of our clinical team, you will work primarily with a diverse population of individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and active LMFT license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
