Kenoyer Real Estate & Development is a family run, real estate team serving Whatcom County and the greater Bellingham area. The Real State team is powered by Windermere, while the Development arm is its own branch. We are a collaborative, client-first team committed to providing exceptional service throughout every step of the real estate journey. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven Marketing & Client Relations Specialist to help elevate our brand and deepen our client relationships.

About the Role

This is a dynamic, client-facing role at the heart of our marketing and communications efforts. You’ll work closely with our brokers and leadership team to manage our brand presence, produce compelling content, and ensure our clients feel informed and supported at every stage of the transaction process. What You’ll Do

• Manage and grow the social media channels, creating engaging content that reflects our brand voice and stays current with trends.
• Design and produce print and digital marketing materials, including property flyers, email campaigns, signage, and online advertising.
• Build and implement scalable client follow-up processes to keep buyers and sellers informed of real estate activity, milestones, and market updates.
• Develop listing presentations, buyer guides, and other client-facing collateral.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements to campaigns and outreach strategies.
• Serve as a marketing professional, personable point of contact for clients and community partners.
• Support the team with day-to-day marketing tasks and special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and platforms.
• Demonstrated experience with social media management and digital content creation.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Social Platforms, or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable and confident in client-facing situations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in or experience with real estate, property marketing, or related industries.
• Familiarity with real estate platforms such as MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, or similar tools
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and CRM systems.
• Local to Whatcom County and available to work on-site at our Bellingham office when needed.
• Knowledge of Whatcom County communities, neighborhoods, and local market dynamics.
