Talent Acquisition SpecialistThe Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the continued staffing and stability of our current locations by managing recruiting efforts for operational backfills and ongoing hiring needs. This role partners closely with General Managers and the HR team to ensure locations remain appropriately staffed and hiring processes run smoothly.Manage recruiting efforts for backfills and ongoing hiring needs across existing locationsSource candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channelsReview incoming applications and conduct initial candidate screeningsPresent qualified candidates to General Managers for further interview stagesPartner with General Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirementsCollaborate with HR to ensure hiring processes align with company policies and onboarding needsMaintain organized candidate pipelines and talent pools for frequently hired positionsTrack candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking systemCommunicate with candidates throughout the early stages of the hiring process to ensure a positive experience1-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experienceExperience supporting high-volume or operational hiring environments preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneouslyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailComfort working cross-functionally with operations leaders and HR teamsExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms is preferred, specifically Rippling & Greenhouse.Proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing and candidate engagementSalary: $90,000 - $95,000Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance availableComplimentary unlimited admission to Bathhouse and unlimited guest passes50% discount on services, retail products, and restaurant offerings
