What You'll Do

• Create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest, every time
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
• Greet clients upon arrival and departure with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Support daily spa operations and keep the space clean, stocked, and organized
• Handle point-of-sale transactions quickly and accurately
• Promote spa services, products, and packages to enhance the guest experience
• Communicate schedules and updates with spa professionals
• Maintain accurate records and reports for appointments and transactions
• Monitor product inventory and notify leadership of supply needs
• Work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

What You Bring

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and professional demeanor
• Confidence and comfort with multitasking in a busy environment
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work as part of a team
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, email, Windows)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
