Vehicle Service Attendant - Truck Rental - North Austin

Full Time Vehicle Service Attendant (VSA) The Enterprise Truck Rental Division has an immediate opening for a Vehicle Service Attendant (VSA). The VSA is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and performing light maintenance and inspections on a diverse fleet of medium‑duty trucks. Location & Compensation Pay: $17 per hour. Location: 8321 Lazy Lane, Austin, TX 78757. Drive various vehicles safely and efficiently while on and off the lot and assist with local vehicle deliveries and miscellaneous job‑related duties. Check and maintain fluid levels on all vehicles. Notify manager of any potential unsafe equipment, conditions, or vehicle problems. Perform basic maintenance such as tire pressure, fluid checks, replacement of marker lights, and lift gate maintenance. Keep work area, tools, and equipment organized and in clean, working condition. Must have a current and valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past three years. No drug or alcohol related convictions (e.g., DUI/DWI) on driving record in the past five years. Must have at least six months of prior work experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by the company for this position now or in the future. DOT Requirements Applicants must be at least 21 years old and qualified to drive under D.O.T. regulations. Applicants will be required to submit an appropriate medical examiner’s certificate or successfully complete a D.O.T. medical examination. No moonlighting is allowed.
