Director, National Accounts - West

Role Director of National Accounts Company Type Mid-Size Biopharma Territory West (must be located in one of the states) Responsibilities Develop deep expertise in chronic metabolic and liver‑related conditions, associated therapies, and the organization's broader commercialization strategy. Lead the administration, negotiation, execution, and performance management of IDN contracts while maintaining strong relationships with key health system accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for contract‑related activities, including travel for onsite meetings and major industry conferences. Partner closely with cross‑functional field, access, and analytics teams to share insights, manage escalations, and drive measurable business outcomes. Build strategic business plans aligned with organizational priorities while ensuring adherence to all compliance, regulatory, and quality standards. Preferred Experience 10+ years of experience in biopharma industry 10+ years of experience in Trade/Patient Support customer facing related roles Experience in Cardiology or Metabolic/Liver Diseases (Preferred) Proven experience with distribution strategy and customer contracting; developing insights from data trends Experience with pre-launch drugs and new product launches Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Marketing Industries Pharmaceutical Manufacturing and Biotechnology Research #J-18808-Ljbffr EPM Scientific
