Location- Remote
Required Experience
- CMS claims submission and HCC coding experience. Need to understand the 837 process with MOR, MAO and MMR files and condition capture.
- Risk Adjustment model and Claims submission.
- 3 plus years of Tapestry experience (cert is a plus),
- Strong SQL Datamart,
- 5 plus years of Medicare Advantage experience,
- Epic Clarity Data Model certification in one or more modules (EpicCare Inpatient, Hospital Billing, Prelude ADT, Radiant, Willow, Optime) or to be obtained within 120 days of hire.
- Experience in Quality Measures Reporting preferred
- Epic build experience in a live environment strongly preferred
- Epic implementation experience specific to clinical workflows and order management strongly preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a healthcare related organization
- Strong SQL Programming Skills (MS SQL Server/Oracle platforms)
- Knowledge of data warehouse concepts, data structures and reporting
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau dashboard, functions, features, and capabilities
- Extensive knowledge of best practices regarding reporting, workflows, policies, procedures, systems and culture in the healthcare environment
