We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice. This is a Contract position suited for a legal specialist with a strong background in commercial, construction, and complex litigation. The ideal candidate will contribute across all phases of case work, from document preparation and legal research to discovery coordination and court filings.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other litigation materials with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
• Conduct legal and factual research to support attorneys in commercial, construction, and complex dispute matters.
• Manage case files, maintain litigation calendars, and track key dates to help keep matters progressing on schedule.
• Coordinate discovery activities, including organizing records, preparing responses, and monitoring production timelines.
• Handle electronic filing of court documents in accordance with jurisdictional rules and filing procedures.
• Assist with trial preparation by compiling exhibits, organizing case materials, and supporting pre-hearing logistics.
• Maintain documentation within case management systems to ensure records are current, complete, and accessible.
• Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to support day-to-day litigation workflow and case strategy execution.• Prior experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm or comparable legal environment.
• Demonstrated background supporting commercial, construction, or other complex litigation matters.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and preparing filings for court submission.
• Working knowledge of discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production support.
• Experience with e-filing procedures and familiarity with court rules and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strong organizational standards.
• Comfort using case management software and other legal technology tools in a fast-paced setting.
