5:00 AM – 3:30 PM- Pay $21.00
4:15 PM - 2:45 AM- Pay $22.00
8:30 PM – 5:00 AM - Pay: $24.07

Kelly® is hiring a Milling Operator for Stanley Black & Decker in East Longmeadow, MA. Join a team supporting the manufacturing of high-quality hand tools for one of the world’s leading brands.

As a Milling Operator, you will set up and operate automatic and 4-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision components while maintaining quality and production standards.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines to machine various tooth profiles on hand tool coil material
• Perform precise machine setups to meet close tolerances
• Review coil tags and verify previous operations
• Replace cutters after grinding and assist with tooling changes
• Perform quality checks and document results using production charts
• Complete SAP transactions and assist with inventory cycle counts
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and organized condition
• Report material defects, quality concerns, or equipment issues to leadership
• Cross-train in additional production areas as needed
• Maintain responsibility for the quality of completed work

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of CNC machining or milling experience preferred
• Experience reading charts, specifications, and work instructions
• Ability to use precision measuring tools, including micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and follow established procedures
• Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus
