Account Manager, Fresh Pork Sales

You'll manage customer relationships, solve complex supply challenges, and work alongside Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to keep products moving and customers satisfied.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned Fresh Pork customers


• Build lasting customer relationships through responsiveness, consistency, and exceptional service


• Execute customer business plans, pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives


• Forecast customer demand and collaborate on inventory planning


• Maximize available inventory while maintaining pricing discipline


• Resolve service issues and identify root causes by partnering with Quality Assurance, Operations, and Supply Chain


• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to grow business


• Participate in daily sales planning and inventory meetings


• Maintain accurate pricing, customer information, and program execution

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2–5 years of account management, food sales, or customer service experience


• Understands the food manufacturing, protein, or foodservice industry


• Thinks analytically and enjoys solving operational challenges


• Builds credibility through communication and follow-through


• Is comfortable working in CRM and ERP systems


• Can balance multiple priorities without losing attention to detail


• Works well across departments to deliver outstanding customer experiences
