Account Manager, Fresh Pork Sales - Retail Accounts

Location: Hatfield, PA (1 wfh day/week)

Clemens Food Group is looking for an Account Manager who can build trusted relationships with Fresh Pork Sales Retail Customers while ensuring flawless execution behind the scenes. From promotions and pricing to inventory and service, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while partnering across our business to keep products moving.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned retail grocery accounts


• Forecast demand and communicate inventory availability


• Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, Operations, and Sales to ensure exceptional execution


• Resolve deductions, claims, pricing discrepancies, and service issues


• Build customer confidence through proactive communication


• Identify opportunities to grow business and improve service


• Participate in daily sales planning and inventory discussions


• Ensure customers receive outstanding service from order through delivery

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 2–5 years of account management, retail sales, or food industry experience


• Understands the pace and expectations of retail customers


• Communicates professionally and confidently with buyers and customer contacts


• Is organized and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously


• Is resilient, adaptable, and thrives under pressure


• Has experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office


• Enjoys collaborating across departments to solve customer challenges
