Responsibilities include:

\n

\n
• Managing renewals and servicing an established book of business
\n
• Building strong, long-term client relationships
\n
• Conducting client coverage reviews
\n
• Identifying opportunities to round out existing accounts with additional coverages
\n
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle
\n
• Supporting a smooth transition of existing client relationships
\n
• While new business production isn't the primary focus, referrals and rounding out existing accounts are encouraged.
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• 2–3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience within an independent insurance agency
\n
• Active Property & Casualty License
\n
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy servicing
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• High-energy, positive, and proactive personality
\n
• Someone who enjoys collaborating with clients and teammates
\n
• Experience with AMS360 is a plus, but not required
\n

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base pay range of $70,000 to $80,000 with additional bonuses, etc.
