• We are hiring immediately for a full time CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR position.

• Location : Canteen - 7 Greenwood Avenue, Romeoville, IL 60446. Note: online applications accepted only .

• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Further details upon interview.

• Requirement : Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Pay Range: $21.00 per hour to $23.00 per hour. *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Job Summary

Drives a hospitality environment by greeting guests, offering samples, auditing matkets, and assiting with POS/Kiosk training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greets every customer and interacts in a manner to ensure a high level of hospitality.

• Ensures stores are properly stocked, rotated, cleaned, and organized to company standards.

• Relays relevant concerns from customers to supervisors.

• Ensures that all marketing, wellness and signage are current and in place.

• Shares best practices and recognizes co-workers.

• Drive a company vehicle safely to client locations..

• Serves as an advocate of selling techniques to the customer by establishing good communication and assisting in the buying/decision-making process.

• Ensures all POS/Kiosk units are properly working and assist with customer training and account set-up.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

• Clean driving record
