Position Details:

Job Title: Foam Assembler
Location: Grand Rapids
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Shift Options: First shift, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate openings available

What You'll Do:

Assemble foam components with precision to ensure product quality
Read and interpret measurements and diagrams accurately
Operate measuring tools such as rulers and tape measures with confidence
Follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications & Skills:

Ability to read a ruler and tape measure precisely
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Effective communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

Construction background or experience working with similar materials
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience
High school diploma or equivalent
