Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients, which include gathering medical histories, conducting physical exams, and utilizing diagnostic tools to accurately identify ENT conditions.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, integrating medical and surgical interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs.
• Conduct a range of surgical procedures including, but not limited to, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, sinus surgeries, and septoplasties, employing advanced surgical techniques and equipment.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, establishing proactive approaches to symptom management, healing promotion, and overall patient health.
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options, fostering shared decision-making to enhance patient engagement in their healthcare journey.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records, documenting treatment plans and progress to ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through attending relevant workshops, conferences, and staying current on the latest research in otolaryngology.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and managing a variety of ear, nose, and throat disorders.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an ENT Physician is required.
