Key Responsibilities

As an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner at CareMed, your essential duties will include but are not limited to:

• Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive healthcare services, ensuring continuity of care for our patients.
• Conducting thorough medical, physical, and psycho-social assessments to gather critical patient histories and performing comprehensive health evaluations tailored to individual needs.
• Implementing non-invasive preventive health screening procedures, utilizing evidence-based guidelines that align with patient age and specific health histories.
• Developing differential diagnoses based on thorough assessments, medical histories, and clinical findings, while creating effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique situation.
• Providing patient education and support, arming individuals with the knowledge and resources necessary to manage their health conditions and make informed decisions about their care.
• Prescribing and managing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies, ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices for safe and effective treatment.
