Overview Charles Gate Property Management is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. Responsibilities Maintains a safe, clean, and compliant environment in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Works under the direction of the Maintenance Coordinator. Implement and document preventative maintenance procedures. Ensure maintenance activities meet OSHA and FDA standards. Execute maintenance of equipment and machinery. Operate machinery and hand tools for general maintenance tasks. Qualifications Candidate must have experience within a corrugated packaging facility. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of supervisory level experience or higher within the industry. Technical degree in Engineering preferred. Professional licensure and certification required. Must have a valid driver’s license. Compensation Hourly rate $25.00 or yearly salary $110,000.00 depending on position level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
