Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including OSHA standards Maintain accurate employee records and data collection for reporting purposes Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters Lead change management initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement initiatives Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and resolving conflicts Skills Strong data collection and analysis skills to inform HR decision‑making Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP, Insperity or Paychex Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) for efficient recruitment processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective employee interactions Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR issues Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives Pay $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance Location & Commute Chatsworth, CA 91311: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred) Job Type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr Insperity
