Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position serves multiple school sites supporting students ages 3-5, with a caseload of up to 50 children. You'll collaborate daily with another speech-language pathologist at the site, ensuring you always have professional support and teamwork. The position runs full-time through June 17, 2026, with the chance to make a visible difference in early childhood education.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid and current OT license for the state of California
• Previous experience in a school setting or with preschool-aged children highly preferred
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload of up to 50 students
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to multiple school environments and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to preschoolers across several school sites
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs
• Partner closely with another SLP on site to coordinate care and interventions
• Document student progress in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
• Engage in IEP meetings and consult with staff and families to support student success
