We are seeking an experienced inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to: Practice on an 18-bed critical care unit that specializes in the care of critically ill adult patients with a variety of neuro diagnoses including, but not limited to: stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, surgical resections and trauma. Provide strong critical thinking skills along with specialized interventions and procedures such as hemodynamic monitoring and hypothermia. The following criteria must be met in two attempts: Adult Exam: 100% identification of lethal rhythms: Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole No incorrect answers on questions regarding 3 rd degree heart blocks [1 incorrect answer will cause failure] Passing score of 80% or higher Pediatric Exam Ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia, asystole, and sinus bradycardia Passing score of 80% or higher Attempts: Traveler will have two attempts to pass. If the traveler fails the second attempt they will submit a certificate of completion of a cardiac interpretation review course to Vaya before a third attempt will be assigned. If the traveler does not pass after three attempts the assignment will be cancelled.
