Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support to clients experiencing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, grief, and communication issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to the unique values, needs, and goals of each client.

• Create a safe and trusting environment that fosters cooperation between clients and clinic staff, leading to positive therapeutic outcomes.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to support clients effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including other clinicians, mental health professionals, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Provide immediate support during crisis situations, facilitating emergency interventions as needed to ensure client safety.

• Pursue opportunities for professional growth in specialized areas of interest such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work as an LMFT will primarily focus on diverse individuals, couples, and families from the Troutdale area and surrounding communities. Our clientele ranges greatly in their circumstances and challenges, which will allow you to apply a broad toolkit of therapeutic techniques and approaches. You will have the opportunity to support clients from various backgrounds, addressing their specific needs and collaborating with them on their paths to healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and case management skills, with a focus on client-centered approaches.

• Exceptional communication and counseling abilities, capable of building rapport and trust with clients.

• Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team framework.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum experience required for this position is two years, preference will be given to candidates with extensive backgrounds in working with trauma-informed care, couples therapy, or family dynamics. Compensation and Benefits\n
