Assistant Account Manager

Providing comprehensive customer service, the full-time Washington Licensed Assistant Account Manager will manage assigned accounts, support new business efforts, and coordinate policy renewals while working remotely. Key responsibilities Assist in obtaining quotes, negotiating prices, and reviewing policy accuracy for assigned accounts Coordinate the renewal process for expiring policies and prepare client presentations Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience One (1) or more years of related work experience Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements General knowledge of property/casualty insurance for small businesses Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
