En dependencia directa del Station Manager de Valencia, sus funciones serán: Responsabilidades: Coordinar la actividad de la delegación con el Station Manager de Valencia SVC. Planificar y gestionar los recursos humanos y materiales de la delegación para conseguir sus objetivos de calidad y productividad. Monitorizar y corregir tanto los procesos operativos PM (regionales o locales), como los indicadores de productividad de la delegación, nivel de servicio, forecast y control de costes identificando oportunidades de optimización y participando e impulsando acciones de mejora continua. Coordinar y organizar operativas especiales, manteniendo los niveles de servicio y rentabilidad. Participar activamente en los procesos de selección, formación, desarrollo y motivación de los equipos. Organizar, planificar, gestionar y controlar la actuación preventiva en la empresa, así como la seguridad de los envíos y del personal de la delegación. Garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa de PRL y procedimientos de Calidad y Medio Ambiente en su ámbito de gestión. Perfil del puesto: Capacidad organizativa y de dirección de equipos. Orientación a resultados y positividad. Formación superior y experiencia profesional equivalente. Nivel de inglés medio (hablado y escrito).
