Responsibilities:

* Manage custom home construction projects from planning to completion
* Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timelines are met
* Oversee project budgets and expenses, ensuring projects are completed within budget
* Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
* Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
* Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed of project status and addressing any concerns

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

* Minimum of 3+ years of experience in custom home construction project management
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore)
* OSHA certification is a plus
