Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you'll bring:

• Current IL Speech-Language Pathology license, Professional Educator License (PEL), and CCCs
• Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to provide services in both English and Spanish
• Experience or willingness to work with K–12 students
• Commitment to cultural responsiveness and equitable student outcomes
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Comfort with teletherapy technology if opting for virtual service delivery

Your responsibilities may include:

• Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders for a diverse student population
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Collaborating with educators and families to support student growth and progress
• Completing compliant documentation and reports
• Engaging in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
