Position Overview DM Cantor Family Law Practice seeks experienced Arizona family law attorneys to join our trial‑focused practice. Applicants must have a minimum of two years of Arizona family law experience and the ability to manage a caseload of 20‑25 active cases, including dissolution, custody, and third‑party rights. Experience with high‑net‑worth clients and business valuations is a plus. Key Requirements Minimum 2 years of Arizona family law experience Ability to manage 20-25 active cases Experience with high‑net‑worth clients and business valuations (plussed) Strong litigation, client management, and communication skills Passion for helping families navigate complex legal matters Driven, detail‑oriented, settlement‑focused but trial‑ready mindset Compensation Base salary starting at $200,000 per year, with optional quarterly and annual billable‑hour bonuses totaling $40,000 to $90,000. Associate attorneys averaged a $55,000 bonus in 2025.
