Pediatric Neurologist- PRN/Contingent- Henry Ford Health- St. John Children's Center

Henry Ford St. John Children’s Hospital is seeking a PRN/Contingent Pediatric Neurologist to join our growing Pediatric Subspecialty Division. The St. John Children’s Hospital is located on the Henry Ford St. John Hospital and Medical Center campus in Detroit, MI . This is an employed position consisting of 100% dedicated clinical time . The position includes a mix of outpatient consultations and longitudinal neurology care as well as shared inpatient consult coverage on a rotational basis. The division manages a wide range of neurologic conditions. You will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team consisting of Pediatric Neurologist and Pediatric Nurses, all supporting the comprehensive care of pediatric patients. The outpatient clinic is open Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. Opportunities for clinical research, quality improvement, and academic scholarship are available and encouraged. Faculty appointment through an affiliated medical school is available for qualified candidates. This is an employed position offering a competitive hourly rate. Henry Ford St. John Hospital is a non-profit healthcare organization and qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) . Qualifications Completion of an accredited Pediatric Residency and Pediatric Neurology Fellowship program. Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Neurology. Demonstrated interest or experience in resident and medical student teaching is highly desirable.
