Henry Ford Health is seeking a Pediatric/PICU Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at St John Children’s Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves optimizing pediatric patients’ medication management through collaborative care with healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, along with residency experience in pediatrics.
