Responsibilities Lead all day‑to‑day restaurant operations while creating a positive, guest‑focused culture. Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and managers. Drive sales growth through outstanding hospitality, operational execution, and community engagement. Ensure exceptional food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and overall guest satisfaction. Manage labor, food cost, inventory, and controllable expenses to achieve financial goals. Maintain compliance with all company standards, food safety regulations, and health department requirements. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Analyze operational metrics and implement action plans to improve restaurant performance. Qualifications 3 years of General Manager experience in a high‑volume restaurant environment. Drive‑thru management experience is required. Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams. Strong understanding of P&L management, labor controls, food cost, and inventory management.
