Description of the role : The Caregiver role at Pleasant Hill Senior Services in Bryant, Arkansas involves providing compassionate care and assistance to senior citizens in a residential setting.
Responsibilities :
- Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Administering medication under supervision.
- Monitoring and documenting changes in residents' health or behavior.
Requirements :
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field.
- Compassion and patience when working with elderly individuals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their families.
