Duties

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring consistency in service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet regional sales targets, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise restaurant managers and staff to cultivate a motivated team environment focused on excellence.
• Monitor financial performance by analyzing profit & loss statements, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
• Drive business development initiatives by identifying new market opportunities and building strong community relationships.
• Manage project implementation related to process improvements, renovations, or new initiatives to enhance operational workflows.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations, company policies, and safety standards across all locations.

Skills

• 10+ years of management experience leading multiple restaurant teams or similar hospitality operations with a focus on team supervision and development.
• Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear goals and execute plans effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire teams to perform at their best while fostering a positive work environment.
• Expertise in profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis to maximize profitability.
