Research Associate, Strategic Insights

The Role The Research Associate will lead efforts to understand the needs, motivations, and real-world constraints of health care professionals (HCPs), ensuring that advisory and knowledge‑based initiatives are not only relevant, but positioned to drive meaningful change in clinical practice and patient outcomes. They will advance an evidence‑based understanding of the evolving needs of HCPs and the contexts in which they practice, supporting strategic research initiatives to uncover practice gaps, professional development needs, and factors influencing clinical decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Assist in gathering data through appropriate methods and maintain accurate, organized records, ensuring integrity and confidentiality. Use statistical or qualitative analysis software (SPSS, R, Excel, etc.) to analyze research data and interpret findings. Conduct comprehensive literature reviews, summarize and synthesize relevant articles, and support the development of research proposals and reports. Assist in planning and coordinating research activities to ensure timely completion of research objectives. Draft research effort reports and present findings at internal and external meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (required). Completion of undergraduate coursework in Cognitive Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Learning and Motivation, Research Methods, and Statistics. Demonstrated experience with data collection, survey design, and interviewing techniques. Proficiency with tools such as SPSS, R, Excel or other data analysis software. Completion of an undergraduate honors thesis or capstone research project is strongly preferred; submission of this work as supplemental application material is encouraged. Compensation Compensation range: $50,000 – $55,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role.
