Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client located on the northside of Indianapolis is seeking a Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent and generating recruitment plans. This highly visible position will need to network and develop strong business relationships within the organization and industry. This position is ideal for someone earlier in their career looking for growth in the recruiting space. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and pre-employment checks. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, post positions, and coordinate interviews. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process. Maintain the ATS/HRIS and track recruiting activity, KPIs, and results. Support job fairs, recruiting events, employee referrals, and employer branding efforts. Partner with third-party recruiters as needed and stay current on recruiting trends and best practices.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION:

1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Construction recruiting experience preferred Strong LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency for sourcing and recruiting practices Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, web based and social media recruiting resources. #J-18808-Ljbffr Milliner Talent Solutions
