Location: Montrose Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Not applicable Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Job Summary TarLani Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Scheduler to join our team. This full‑time in‑office position requires a base schedule of Mon‑Fri 9:00 AM‑5:30 PM, frequent overtime and rotating weekends. The Ideal Candidate Someone with at least 3 years of experience coordinating patient visits in a home health setting, strong communication, problem‑solving, people and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage high‑pressure, fast‑paced environments. Responsibilities Manage staffing and scheduling for assigned areas. Create schedules based on referral requirements. Organize active patient schedules based on priorities and requirements. Manage, organize, and troubleshoot patient and staffing logs daily. Keep field staff availability updated and posted. Keep EMR system up to date. Maintain excellent relationships with clinicians. Communicate with nurses and patients, and troubleshoot as needed. Provide accurate information and updates to nurses for their daily schedules. Efficiently and accurately create nurses’ routes. Perform other duties as assigned. Educational Qualifications / Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years of experience as a patient appointment scheduler, preferably in home health. Skills Required Motivated and fast orienting individual. Computer literate; Microsoft Office, EMR software. Additional Requirements Ability to schedule staffing for RN's and LVN's over the weekend as scheduled. Ability to work late shifts and weekend shifts. Ability to take on‑call for coordinating staffing needs, troubleshooting, and guiding the nurses. Ability to direct and coordinate multiple functions.
